A Raghavendra Rao & Associates is a firm of 9 Partners (Chartered Accountants) established in the year 1986. Over the past decades the firm has expanded its arms both in terms of areas of expertise and geographical locations.

The firm has its Head Office in Bangalore and branch offices in Mangalore (two branches), Kasaragod, Gadag, Thalassery, and Kannur. Each branch is managed by specialized and dedicated Partners, supported by a dynamic team of young and enthusiastic professionals. For decades, the firm has been providing a comprehensive range of services, including Audit and Assurance, Direct and Indirect Taxation, Company Law Matters, Management Advisory Services, Information Technology, Bank Audits (Concurrent and Statutory), Stock and Revenue Audits, FEMA and Forex Services, Bookkeeping, Human Resource and Payroll Management, NBFC/RBI Matters, and various Outsourcing Services.

Our firm was peer-reviewed by the ICAI in September 2024, and the certificate is valid until September 2027. We are categorized as a “Category – I” firm by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and the Comptroller and Auditor General of India (CAG) for bank and public sector audits.

Exposure to Banking Industry:

We have carried out Audit of various major Public Sector Banks like Canara Bank, Corporation Bank, Karnataka Bank, Vijaya Bank, India Bank, State Bank of India, State Bank of Mysore etc for the last 37 years.

We are presently in the panel of Auditors, as maintained by the RBI and Karnataka State Co-operative Audit Department. We have Audited many Co-operative Banks in the past last 38 years.
